| Jan 19 | Greek Cooking - Mary Amann, an army wife born in Greece and now an Arkansas transplant, will be the instructor for this class set to offer plenty of culinary tips for anyone from the gyro guru to the most ardent feta fan. | Feb 11 | 24th Annual Jefferson County Home and Garden Seminar Show - The Jefferson County Cooperative Extension Service, Jefferson County Master Gardeners, and Pine Bluff/Jefferson County Clean and Beautiful Commission co-sponsor this event from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. The 2012 show includes a variety of informative speakers and workshops, scores of booths, children's activities, concessions, plus lots of door prizes. Admission is free. | Feb 16-19 | 2011-2012 Lost & Found Season -The fourth year of theatre's homecoming to the UAPB Campus includes the children's show "Mufaro's Beautiful Daughters" in the Hathaway-Howard Fine Arts Center on campus. | Feb 18 | Black Tie Benefit for the Arts - The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff will host its 25th anniversary Chancellor's Benefit for the Arts, an annual black tie gala, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. This year's theme is "Reflections in Silver." A cocktail reception and silent auction begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by a gourmet meal with live entertainment provided by UAPB Jazz Ensemble.
