  • Floor: 15-foot perimeter only; 6-inch reinforced concrete; balance of floor to meet owner requirements

  • Electric: 13 KV, dual feed possible
  • Natural Gas: 4" in Industrial Drive South right-of-way; 45 psi normal operating pressure
