Jefferson Industrial Park
Jefferson Industrial Park is a development project of Jefferson County Industrial Foundation.
Description
Located inside the Pine Bluff city limits, the 785-acre park has been carefully pre-planned and protected by covenants to provide a desirable industrial environment. All utilities, streets and rail are in place or readily available.

Sites are available from one to one hundred acres. Topography is level to gently inclined. Soils are silty loams and clays with load bearing capacities generally from 3,500 to 6,000 psf.

- Air. Grider Field, 11 miles (6,000' asphalt runway with ILS); Little Rock National Airport, 38 miles (American, Delta, Southwest, TWA, USAir).
