The Greater Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce in Pine Bluff is a venerable institution with an uninterrupted record of 90 years of community service and development. A non-stock, not-for-profit Arkansas 501 (c) (6) corporation, The Chamber boasts approximately 750 members with a strong cadre of dedicated volunteers facilitating many of its programs.

Jefferson County Industrial Foundation
The Jefferson County Industrial Foundation is a non-profit Arkansas corporation chartered September 22, 1964. Since its inception, the Industrial Foundation has consistently sought to meet original objectives as stated in its charter:

"...to promote commercial and industrial development in Jefferson County, Arkansas, and the surrounding territory by furnishing and developing industrial sites and by assisting industrial, business and civic enterprises on an economically sound basis..."

The Industrial Foundation is the developer and manager of Jefferson Industrial Park, an 850-acre complex owned by The Alliance and located in the northwestern portion of the city.

The industrial park is home to some of the area's largest employers as well as numerous small and intermediate-sized facilities of local, regional and national firms. Thoughtful protective covenants govern land use in the park and assure that it will continue to be known as one of the state's premier locations.


The Pine Bluff-Jefferson County Port Authority
The Pine Bluff-Jefferson County Port Authority is an instrumentality of city and county governments organized in accordance with Arkansas' Metropolitan Port Authority Act. The Authority is dedicated to maximum development and utilization of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System, the nation's inland waterways, the five navigable rivers in the state, and the Port of Pine Bluff.

The 375-acre Harbor Industrial District is a land development project of the Port Authority. A 20-acre public terminal facility has been developed by the Port Authority and is leased to Kinder Morgan for operation.


Arkansas River Regional Intermodal Facilities Authority
The ARRIFA was organized to allow the area to take full advantage of the broad authority granted by the state legislature under the Regional Intermodal Facilities Authority Act (Act 690 of 1997) for the cooperative regional development of facilities or properties utilizing "interconnected" movers of freight.


Jefferson Foundation
Jefferson Foundation is an Arkansas 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit corporation formed for the further development and improvement of the physical and human resources of the greater Pine Bluff area.

Jefferson Foundation serves as an applicant for community or economic development funds made available through philanthropic organizations and governmental entities.


Jefferson Investors, Inc.
Jefferson Investors, Inc., is a private corporation organized to develop speculative shell buildings in Jefferson Industrial Park. The high-quality shell buildings are designed to attract new employers to the community by providing competitively priced industrial facilities, which can be quickly completed to purchaser specifications.
